These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.craftify.co.za and constitute the Agreement of Sale between Craftify ("the Seller", "we", "us") and you ("the User", "you", "the Customer"). By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

4. The Agreement of Sale
An Agreement of Sale between the Seller and the Customer only comes into effect once an order has been placed and the Seller has received full payment and has sent a confirmation of dispatch email to the User. Placing an item in a shopping cart without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability or pricing errors. If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value-Added Taxation (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and EFT through our secure payment gateways, Yoco and FNB. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to addresses within the Republic of South Africa. A delivery fee for standard delivery, via Fastway or alternatively Pargo, will be calculated and charged on each order. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you once we have received full payment.
7. Product Availability and Errors
We take all reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, availability, and prices. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the website, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or expense relating to a transaction based on any error. We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from such an error and will offer a full refund.

Colours may also vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. We will not be held responsible for minor variations in colour or placement.
